OPRA meets this requirement with intuitive apps that make paper-based maintenance processes superfluous. RATIONAL has a comprehensive priority concept. Three priorities can be selected in SAP as standard: High, Medium and Low. RATIONAL has individual, specific prioritisations. With the help of OPRA, all notifications in the system can be prioritised accordingly and transferred by the maintenance staff to the mobile devices. The maintenance staff can sort the list of their tasks by priority so they can see at a glance the tasks with the highest priority, group them and work through them accordingly.
